Food Wastage has been a problem in the human society. We purchase new food products everyday and unseal the food items. Once a food product has been opened, we as consumers are unsure of the expiry date. Therefore, ChronosLock has been designed to serve the purpose to increase the information on expiry date.

The design of this product spawn out from issues faced by me not knowing what food products went wrong in my kitchen. The path to improvise by writing expiry dates on packages has led me thinking for a more innovative solution.
The product should not only be visible on the food package but has more functions so that it serve the consumer with ease. Therefore ChronosLock helps to alert the user of the expiry time, seals the food and act as a hygienic method to extract parts of the food.
